Refund Policy

At Coniler, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our hearing aids. We understand that adjusting to new hearing devices takes time. Therefore, we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to provide you with ample opportunity to evaluate our products.

Manufacturer's Return Policy:

To return merchandise by mail, please email info@coniler.com. 
We will work hard to ensure your return and refund credit is processed accurately.

 

Eligibility for Refund

● Trial Period: To allow for adequate adjustment, we require that customers use the hearing aids for a minimum of 15 consecutive days before initiating a return.

● Return Window: If, after this trial period, you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure the following:

1.  Product Condition: The hearing aids must be returned in good condition, free from physical damage, and include all original accessories and packaging.

2.  Return Authorization: Prior to returning the product, contact our Customer Support team at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may not be processed.

3.  Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process

● Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected to confirm they meet the return conditions.

● Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

● Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions

● Damaged or Incomplete Returns: Products returned damaged or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

● Returns After 60 Days: Returns requested after the 60-day period will not be accepted.
