Choosing a model

Start with wearing style, controls, charging and the features you plan to use. App control and Bluetooth audio are different features; availability depends on the model.

For compatibility or power-option questions, send support the exact model name, selected option and intended use before ordering. For app questions, include your phone model and operating-system version.

Orders & returns

View your orders (sign-in required). You can also use the tracking details in your shipping email.

The current hearing-aid return policy allows a return request within 60 days of delivery after a minimum 15 consecutive days of use. Return authorization is required, original accessories and packaging must be included, and customers pay return shipping. Read all eligibility requirements and conditions.
